Delivery of your Goods

Providing that you placed your order Mon-Thur up to 3pm and Fri. 12pm we will usually process your order on the same day.

We have most items in our warehouse so you can usually expect to receive yours within 1 to 2 days business days.

Items that are not in stock are indicated on the product details page within how long they will be available so add 1 to 2 days from the specified date.

The delivery of the goods is insured.

All order are shipped free of charge using standard delivery or £8.95 for guaranteed next day delivery.


You may pay with any major credit card, Paypal and personal cheques or money order. Credit card payment is handled by Barclays Bank and your card details will only be stored on Barclays’ ePDQ system. ‘Paypal payments’ is handled in Paypal’s website.


Gift Services

Gift Wrap - We offer a choice of 4 gift wraps/gift box for a charge of £2.95.

Gift Note - We provide this service free of charge.

Returns Policy

We accept returns of all items for 7 days except Earrings for pierced ears and body jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

When returning the items you are responsible for the item until it is received by us. It is advised to use insured delivery method for valuable items – Royal Mail offers affordable insured delivery. Unless faulty the customer will bear all delivery costs

When returning your item you must return all free promotions items where applicable.
